Happy To Be Home

I walked in the door this evening to a somewhat quiet household. Within seconds, a little cave-girl gleefully greets me at the door wearing nothing but a diaper, baby-biceps in full display, and a grin that said “Daddy’s Home!!!” I couldn’t help it, I broke out into laughter and really just enjoyed the moment. For the next hour or so we were treated to Laina running back and forth, laughing, and overall having a great time, but that first moment was the best for me.
