A couple weeks ago, the three of us headed to Gravelly Point on Saturday to watch the airplanes take off/land. Laina already was very interested in airplanes, but after this trip, her interest grew! She was really excited, but also pretty overwhelmed by the whole experience. When the planes were at a distance, she waved to them and was feeling pretty comfortable without Mommy and Daddy nearby. As they got closer though, she made sure to be right next to us (or in our arms!)
On the drive back home, Laina continuously said “Ee-pane”…this continued the rest of the night and the next morning. What were we to do other than take her back there the next day?! 😉 Here are a few pics.
