The other night we threw together a random meal consisting of spaghetti squash with marinara sauce, corn on the cob, and roasted asparagus, zucchini, and squash. Sam and I both got a kick out of Laina scarfing down her veggies. She is pretty open-minded about food (knock on wood!)–but there was just something especially cute about watching her eat corn on the cob and spears of asparagus, etc.
