Last week, Laina and I met our friends at Old Mine Ranch for the morning. It was so fun to watch Laina experience a few “firsts.” She had her first pony ride and got to feed farm animals for the first time. She also had her first hayride which she thoroughly enjoyed, especially since she got to hold hands with Ellie through a good portion of it. Laina tends to latch on to the oldest kid in any given group we are with, and in this case–Ellie is the lucky one ;). Laina has a special attachment to Ellie because Ellie is just so sweet to her and looks after her. I have many pictures of them hugging and kissing.
The ranch also had swings and different toys for the girls to play with..and of course, the favorite activity was the moon-bounce. There’s nothing more enjoyable than seeing 5 little girls having the time of their lives!
