Tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil= my favorite combo. So when the farmer’s markets start getting their tomatoes in, I’m on it. One of our favorite weekend activities in the spring/summer is going to different markets. We mostly go to the one in Old Town since it’s so convenient and we can make a whole morning of it. After shopping at the market, we usually head down to the water and feed the ducks/geese and then just stroll around Old Town.
