My parents and I have always done something special on Chad’s birthday…whether it has been to go out to dinner or spend time in Old Town, we have tried to be together on that day. This year, we thought it would be fun to go to the carnival at Laina’s soon-to-be preschool. As always, it was wildly entertaining to watch all these little kids at play. Laina had a blast exploring the playground, getting a tatoo with Granddad, jumping in the Moonbounce, “driving” the firetruck, etc. A few times she told us she would like to go to preschool there. Hopefully she isn’t too disappointed that the fire truck and Moonbounce aren’t always at her preschool!
In the afternoon, we spent time teaching Laina how to ride her new bike and just relaxing. It was a very nice day….Happy Birthday to Chad!
