laina made her first best friend this year at preschool. we heard so much about her friend annie many days, and towards the end of the school year, laina was wanting to go over to annie’s house or invite annie over every day! sadly, laina also had to say goodbye to her friend annie as they moved to cali a couple days after school ended. their last playdate together was bittersweet….they were so cute together (as always), but they both understood that this was the last time they would play for a while. needless to say, both mamas were emotional. we both appreciated the fact that they made friends with each other all on their own without the help of us setting up playgroups, etc. what a fun friend Laina made in Annie…i know they will miss each other.
