It was priceless to see the level of excitement that both Laina and Elijah showed this year at our neighborhood tree lighting! Laina could barely contain herself, and Elijah was more curious about this whole Santa thing. When Santa arrived, Laina’s face brightened up instantly, and Elijah was just very focused on tracking this man in red! It was difficult to take many pics of it b/c I was carrying Austin, but I managed to get a few.
We all enjoyed singing carols around the tree, watching the tree light up, drinking some hot chocolate, and walking about the neighborhood admiring all of the decorations. There is something so heart warming about experiencing this time of year with our community.
