In a family of 5, one of the most important things to be is flexible. On Saturdays, Laina has swim class and Elijah likes to go to the soft playroom in the rec center while she swims. This Saturday, they were especially excited to go because Grammy (or Gigi) and Granddad were coming along, too! So, we all strolled into the rec center only to find out that last Saturday was actually Laina’s last class (good one Mommy and Daddy!) Laina was a little disappointed, but we figured both kids could just go the playroom for a while instead. Nope. It was reserved for a birthday party!
Luckily there is a playground behind the rec center, so we walked there and the kids had just as much fun! Such a gorgeous morning–starting to feel like spring!!!!
Oh, and Austin had his first ride in the swing and loved it. It sounded like he was singing as he was swinging.
