Face painting, fresh lemonade, music performances, dance performances, lollipops, balloons, local artwork, running into friends, making crafts to take home, gorgeous weather. These are just some of the reasons we love going to art festival in our neighborhood every year. And, an added bonus was that this was the first year since having kids that we took our time and didn’t really have to worry so much about getting back home for naps, etc because someone was getting cranky. That is a beautiful thing :).
