Del Ray Variety Store hosted several of the MVCS after school dance clubs for Spring2Action (where people donate to nonprofits.) The store donated a portion of their sales to MVCS PTA and playground initiative. So, the hope was that people would be drawn in to see the awesome hip hop, international dance, etc performances and do a little shopping! It was impressive the way so many different players in the community came together to raise money. And, we enjoyed seeing Laina’s performance to “Ice, Ice Baby.”
