This week has been filled with preschool activities: a playdate at the playground where Laina got to meet some of her soon-to-be classmates, orientation, open house, and a BBQ this weekend. Phew. It’s been so nice to be able to do all of these things, but also fairly stressful since we are all on pins and needles waiting for our fourth little family member to join us. He/she is already being a supportive little brother or sister by letting us squeeze all of this preschool stuff in!
Laina is taking it all in stride and seems to be pretty excited about this new adventure. Not to mention, she finally gets to wear a backpack (which she’s been talking about for ages!)
