Maybe next year?

Well, we had grand plans of having Laina stay up this year to observe her first round of fireworks–but we’ll have to plan for next year. We went to the neighborhood parade in the morning just as we did the past couple years, and midway through the parade Laina was asking to go home. Turns out she had a fever, and was sick the next several days :(. Hopefully next year!
