Completely stocked with books, toys, activities, we hopped in the car around 5 a.m. on Wednesday to start our 10 (or so) hour road trip. Laina was a trooper though, and didn’t complain one bit. It was a good thing she had that much time to rest up before we got to Savannah, because it was a non-stop-fun-filled few days!
We all had such a nice time visiting with everyone, and loved watching Laina, Darcy, and Logan play together. Between playing hide and seek, reading books, building puzzles, playing outside, going to the park, going downtown, eating yummy meals, etc…I’m pretty sure the kids had a blast. Although they don’t get to see each other very often, the didn’t seem to have a problem becoming reacquainted.
