Most nights, Laina is pretty liberal with giving us kisses before she goes to bed. Tonight however, I’d say she was especially generous. She gave me a kiss on the lips just before Sam was about to take her upstairs to bed, but this time she requested more kisses. “Cheek,” she said…and gave me a kiss on one cheek, then the other cheek. “Eyes.” One kiss for each eye. “Nose.” A final kiss on the nose.
This was one of those little moments that I want to bottle up.
