until Laina gets to see her goose at least once a time. By her goose, I mean the wooden goose that is situated on our neighbor’s patio. For the past week or so, Laina has become fixated on this little guy. She talks about this goose a lot during each day, and is sure to remind me if we haven’t seen her goose on any given day. Today for instance, she brought me her shoe, looked up at me, and said “See goose.” She will bypass the little playground we have right behind our house in order to see him. She likes to lifted up so she can really get a good look at him, and I’m pretty sure she’d climb right over the fence if we’d let her. In fact, I’m convinced that she could spend her whole day with him based on how excited she gets over this goose. She says “hug hug” a lot when we approach the goose…so maybe she is just waiting until the day she can finally express her affection towards this guy, and then she will be content. Or, perhaps we will be making trips to see the goose every day for the next 6 months! 😉
Either way…it’s quite entertaining…and of course just very cute.
