One of my favorite parts of each day is after dinner. There’s always about an hour where the three of us are able to play together. Laina is always up for playing, but she seems to take it to another level during this part of the day. Maybe it’s because she’s a bit wired since it’s nearing the end of the day, but we’d like to think it’s because she just loves to hang out with us ;). Maybe a little of both?! There is a lot of dancing, chasing, rolling on the ground, laughing out loud that goes on. Laina also tends to either be a bit clumsier in the evening or get overly excited, but she has the tendency to run around and fall into us (or the couches.) Whatever the reason may be, we aren’t complaining as we get extra hugs!! Petey and Ellie also get some extra TLC during this time. This includes the typical hugs and kisses she gives them, and it also includes some extra TLC like being sat on and stepped on. Oh yes, they love this. Anyway, here are a few pictures from the other night right before bath time.
