I have not laughed as hard as I did on Friday night in a loooong time! Sam volunteered to dress up as Santa for the neighborhood mom’s group holiday party this weekend. He tried on the outfit Friday night to ensure that it fit. Watching him walk around in this costume was hysterical…my stomach hurt from laughing so hard!
He played the part perfectly on Saturday at the party, but since most of the kids were 2 and under, he was not very popular amongst the little ones. There were a few kids that were very interested in Santa, but for the most part the typical reaction was to cling to Mommy or Daddy and scream!
Laina was very interested in this very unique looking person, and went right up to him and checked him out. I think she had it all figured out after the first few minutes! Here are a few pictures:
