We woke up this morning and headed to the National Mall to do the 21st annual Help the Homeless Walkathon. Nanny joined us (on her day off as an ER nurse!) We were all excited about the amount of people who participated….we were thinking upwards of 70,000 possibly. Sam and I did the same walk a few years ago and thought there was a noticable difference in the amount of people there. Laina was pretty tired for a while since it was right around the time she is usually snoozing, but she got into the spirit the latter half of the walk! The little munchkin even walked through the finish line!
