The look on Austin’s face in this picture is representative of how he feels about pumpkins, or “puh-pums.” He seriously has developed such an affection for pumpkins over the last month. He lights up anytime he sees one…or even when he sees something that resembles one! He has spent many hours arranging all of the little pumpkins we have in our house as well as the ones we have on our porch. Each time we are leaving the house or coming home, he makes his stop at the pumpkins and pays his respects. While riding in the car, I really think he’s searching for them! He looks out the window and randomly blurts out “Puh-pum!!!” every few minutes. It’s pretty funny to see the other kids to respond to him. They’ve heard him talk about pumpkins every day for the past month…and it seems like they are getting a little tired of it :). I, for one, could listen to him say it all day long. It’s absolutely adorable.
