I love these moments. The ones that out of nowhere, the kids so openly and warmly express their affection for one another without any prompting.

After an a very full Christmas, we had a low key NYE with some friends. We spent the evening at their house…the adults munched and chatted while the kids played, did a science experiment, and drank sparkling apple cider.
..we went sledding. This little guy loved looking outside at the snow.
Based on the pictures, I think it’s clear how much fun the kids had sledding! Austin and I got to take a few turns, too…no pictures, but I definitely won’t forget the fact that he said “Sledding!” every time he looked out the window for the next couple days.
