We got to go to Grammy and Granddad’s house twice last week…both times in which we got to play in the leaves. Since we live in a condo, Laina hasn’t had the opportunity to jump into huge piles ‘o leaves yet this Fall. She loved it, and it was so fun to watch her play. At first she was a little hesitant to dive into the leaves as Granddad did, but she eventually warmed up to it and was loving the idea of being surrounded by all these leaves. She loved to “race” us into the leaves, saying “Ready, set, go!” I think she could have stayed out there all day. Thank you, Granddad for letting Laina experience her first pile of leaves! Though it was his birthday last week, he was more interested in creating some fun for Laina :).
